On February 18, 2024, Abrigo's file transfer service was interrupted. During this time, all SSH and SFTP services remained available and all file transfers were successfully received and queued by Abrigo. There was a delay in processing ingested data and moving it to BAMDATA folders. As of 1:00 PM ET on February 20, 2024, all queued data was processed, moved to the appropriate BAMDATA folders and ready for import into BAM+.

Abrigo recommends that you review audit logs for Daemon errors or missed runs and check for missing imports or scenario runs between February 18-20. You can manually run the Daemon from the Scheduled Jobs page to import the data if required, and if necessary, you can rerun scenarios for previous days to ensure no alerts were missed.
