Abrigo recently completed a successful product update to our Sageworks products during our scheduled maintenance window.

Starting this morning around 4:00am ET, our hosting provider performed underlying infrastructure maintenance, which caused intermittent connectivity issues between our application and servers for our Sageworks and financial crime solutions.

Our team is actively investigating the issue in collaboration with AWS. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.
